About Us Simple Soothings is a home based business which began in 2001 in Lincoln, Nebraska. We create handmade soap and assorted bath and body products for both consumers and retailers in Nebraska and beyond. We strive to provide only the best quality products to our customers in the hopes that they discover the truly amazing benefits of using natural body care products. As producers of finely crafted bath and body products, our goal is to supply and also to help educate retailers and consumers alike about the beneficial properties of handcrafted body products. My husband, Brian, helps with building molds, packaging products and is always eager to test my new products while they are in the development stage. My three year old son, Braden, loves to test products, and is a great help in stacking soaps on the curing racks. My sister, Julie, is in charge of gift baskets and new packaging ideas.
